I don’t normally leave reviews, but I was so grateful for the service I received from the revolve team I thought it was worth a mention.
I asked to return a dress after the 90 day return had expired as i was planning to wear it for my wedding and it no longer fit. They so graciously let me return it with a full refund, the team were great with communication and so helpful, I can’t fault the service at all. The dresses are beautiful as well, if I had one critique it’s that they could be packed nicer. You would expect £400 dresses to come in a box, not just a bag. However, as I said, the service was superb, so reliable and I always got a response by email within 12 hours. Could not fault them.

Another flawless customer experience.
Order 176788145 - I've placed a lot of orders and not reviewed them all but I've never had any issues. I ordered this item on Friday 15th and I've already received it from America (I'm in the UK) on Monday 18th. I spoke to a lovely, friendly member of staff on Friday who was able to give me the accurate information I asked for before placing my order. Revolve is one of my favourite shopping sites.

Never refunded my $400 purchase claiming I did not return it.
I love shopping at Revolve but I doubt I will be making any purchases there after a recent incident.
I was shopping for summer and made two expensive purchases within two days period. One of the purchases was a bunch of clothing (I always order couple sizes because you never know how it would fit) and the second purchase was JUST a pair of Bottega Veneta sunglasses. Both purchases were sent in one box, so when I needed to return some sizes that didn’t work from the first purchase and the sunglasses from the second purchase I returned it the same way - in that one box. However although the clothing from the first purchase was refunded, the sunglasses were not. And it’s a $400 sunglasses.
When I contacted the customer service they said that the sunglasses were never in the box….. the box didn’t have holes in it, I used the same return label that they provided, I taped it several times to make sure the box stayed closed. How it was not in the box I could not understand. It is not a piece of jewelry that could be lost easily, it’s a pair of sunglasses that was also in a bright lime colored box… very hard to miss.
I contacted the customer service 3 times within the period of 2 weeks. Every time they said that someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. To this day no one contacted me.
I do shop online a lot as we don’t have a lot of shopping options in Iowa but I’ve never had an experience like this before. Taking matters into my own hands I had to dispute the charge with my bank. But the relationship with Revolve is definitely bruised beyond repair. The fact that they sent two expensive purchases in one box and then claimed I’ve never returned it is just unbelievable. I didn’t see any effort to resolve the issue either as no one has ever contacted me.
I’ll continue checking their inventory as they do have a very convenient website and beautiful pictures (hence 2 stars) but if I like something I most likely would try to find it in some other website and purchase it from there. Especially if it is something expensive like those sunglasses.

Very poor quality for that price
Very poor quality for that price. The dress arrived and it smelt like cigarettes. Also the price tag was not even on the dress, but was seperately put in the bag. I will definetly return the dress and I hope that they will have a good refund process. Otherwise they will get another bad review.

They have a great collection of clothing! All of my favorite brands, in addition, you can usually find some good sales on high quality brands that can’t be found anywhere else. When I had to exchange something, they helped me out with the process so I basically just had to drop the package off. It also was completely resolved within a week. I feel like people with negative experiences always remember to write a review, so those of us with positive ones need to remember as well. Also there is a place to put in the discount code, I had no issues with it. And they do tell you the cost of shipping which is usually free. I don’t think that person was paying attention because that statement was just completely erroneous, I used a discount code.

I was charged in full from my bank account for the order that was cancelled after 1 minute after a full charge. It's being 7 days since that and no refund is done so far.

Happy with the process. Delivered quickly, returns efficient and quick. Customer service is responsive. I do think the clothes are on the expensive side for the quality but I really like the styles. Have ordered a number of times and never had any issues.

Dishonest
They do not honor their return policy. Overnight shipping is supposed to be refundable if the item returned is both unopened and unused. I accidentally ordered the incorrect item and sent it back with the item both unopened and unused. They did not refund the shipping, so I back-charged them via my bank. I will not be a returning customer.
Absolutely awful payment processing…
Absolutely awful payment processing area. No option to input discount code and then no visibility of shipping cost until they take payment and it’s too late to cancel order. Will not be recommending revolve, nor using again. Very poor system for orders.
